SanDisk Sansa FUZE (MP3 Player)
I’ve been wanting an MP3 player to listen to all the great podcasts I have stored up. I found this one just before the holidays, and use it for everything from Co=Creation Cafe recordings (yes, I listen to them, too!), Cheryl Richardson’s monthly calls, New Coach Connection recordings, Unity.fm podcasts, and my Mentor Coach Training Classes (1.5 hrs each). It is tiny…just about the size of credit card, and approx. 3-4 cards thick. It also shows videos in addition to MP3s. Very fast & easy to copy files to/fro, and easy to carry in my purse to listen to at any time.  I can pause or resume playback after interruption. Just love this thing and get so much from it! If you don’t have an MP3 player, I highly recommend this one.

The Most Comfortable Mattress on the Planet!
No exaggeration…it’s amazing! I’ve tried regular coil mattresses (man, did that cause my back to ache!), the Tempurpedic mattress (too soft and way too hot…not breathable), and an air mattress (too soft or too hard, never just right)—with and without the high-density foam topper.

The mattress I now have beats them all hands down! What is it? What brand? OK, OK, I’ll tell ya… It’s a 100% natural Latex Mattress with a 100% Organic Cotton and Wool  cover that zips on/off. It’s HypoAllergenic and never needs to be rotated. The mattress with it’s foundation (frame) was actually less expensive than the Tempurpedic or Air Mattress or luxury coil mattresses, and it’s a LOT more comfortable.  It’s also totally customizable based on your weight and firmness preference. For sizes Queen, King (Eastern), and California King, you can have each side a different firmness specific to the couple that is sleeping on it.  And if your weight, preferences, or partners change, you can easily change the mattress to accommodate. It is available online through Flo Beds of Fort Bragg, CA. They ship it UPS, and it’s easily assembled by hand—although a second person makes the job a lot easier/faster. 

I’ve had this mattress for almost 9 years, and it’s as comfortable today as the day I got it…in fact, it still looks and feels *brand new*. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT ON A MATTRESS! I just cannot say enough good things, and trust me…I don’t get *anything* for referring you…except the joy of knowing that someone else will sleep as well as I do, night after night.
