A Vibrational Adjustment: Intentional Resting

For some, imbibing migh be the only way they allow themselves to relax but there are healthier ways to experience adjustment. What if you could easily experience a vibrational adustment in just a matter of minutes, any time of the day, no matter where you are?

Of course, they meant having a few drinks. For some, imbibing might be the only way they allow themselves to relax but there are other ways to experience a mental, physical and vibrational adjustment.

For me, no matter what happens, I know the Earth is already in balance and All is Well. Feeding experiences with fear, lack, worry, or negative energy does not support the experience shifting toward the positive. The Earth was created in well-being and it continues to be, and so I make a conscious decision to support it vibrationally with positive energy. Intentional Resting for the Earth is a great way to release your own anxieties and shift toward feeling you are helping, rather than contributing to the problem.

    • When I found myself typing that, Jeannette, I thought it made no sense to include it …but it didn’t feel good to delete it, either. Now I see why I kept it in!

  2. Nancy, this is such a reminder to love our Earth. To me, Intentional Resting helps us let go of the barriers between ourselves and that experience of love. I believe that Earth is already in balance on a deep level, and any actions that we take are more powerful when we take them from the energy of love and acceptance. Thank you for bringing this to my awareness.
