Whether aware of it or not, accepted or rejected, every day we prove the truth of “ask and it shall be given unto thee.”

This is why owning up to 100% responsibility for our circumstances is so important. Until one accepts responsibility for their experiences in life, they’ll tend to blame others for their woes. Yet the ‘others’ are merely messengers brought into the play of one’s life to accommodate the experiences one has set into motion.

The challenge for many is there is far more going on unconsciously that influence their attitudes, than there are conscious choices. And, many choose to define themselves by their circumstances, rather than the other way around.

Yet, as you have so aptly stated, one need only make a conscious choice for the life-experience they prefer… and live it as if it is already given, and so shall it be.

The full Gregg Braden excerpt (from the extra DVD in Louise Hay’s film “You Can Heal Your Life” Extended Edition) is about 25 minutes long and it is truly life-changing. When you understand the power of what he’s saying, it helps you realize how easy it really is to create your own reality.

People will only allow into their life what they expect and what they feel “comfortable” with (as in ‘accustomed to”). If you have grown up with great wealth, and seen it easily created around you…you are more likely to expect it to be possible for yourself.

So, your expectations are powerful, self-fulfilling…AND trainable. You can practice expectations that are prosperous.
