Included in the Starter Pack
Starter Packs contain 10 double-sided cards, one side is full-color and the other side is the same image in black and white. All the cards are the same design within the package. You have several designs to choose from. (Shown here are the Lotus Flower cards from an original watercolor painting by Nancy Barry-Jansson ©2003).

Enclosed in the Starter Pack is the Guide to Affirmation Cards which gives basic suggestions on creating and using your affirmations, along with special hints for working with your affirmation cards. If you need more detailed information on creating affirmations, go to Suggested Reading.

The pack also includes a marker that is designed to write on both sides of the cards, even the glossy full-color side (see photo). Once you have been working with your Starter Pack for a while, you can order more blank cards in the Refill Pack.
